Mireille is Founder and CEO of KORA Coaching Group, a Coaching & Consulting company based in Rwanda and South Africa. The group owns a Coaching Academy which certifies Professional Coaches in Africa. She speaks 7 languages fluently. In her earlier years, she pursued her passion for languages which earned her a Bachelor Degree in Business & Legal Translation in Cologne, Germany.
Her passion for Personal Development led her to pursue further qualifications and became a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC)and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As a Director of Global Women’s Summit in Rwanda & previously a Chairperson for a Dubai based Women’s network which empowers Women for Leadership roles & development in the workplace, she contributed to the setup of professional mentoring programs for women.
Mireille is a philanthropist at heart. She is co-Founder & former Director of a non-profit charitable organization (Plebis Foundation) which supported orphaned and vulnerable children in Burundi and Rwanda. Her Life’s Mission is to be the Ray of Hope to individuals, organizations & communities with a belief that the future is bright.
Prior to leading KORA, Mireille held a number of key roles in Sales, Business Development, Growth Strategy in Emerging Markets incl. Coaching & Mentoring.
